It's Madrid Fashion week! 

September 12 -17 

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid is the great catwalk of Spanish Fashion and its best platform for promotion and dissemination in the world. Organized by IFEMA MADRID, it is held twice a year, in hall 14.1 of Feria de Madrid and in different venues in the city. Its shows include the presentation of collections from the best designers of the moment, both established in its general program and young talents on the Allianz EGO catwalk.

Madrid Gallery Weekend!

September 14-17 

Artist360 celebrates its next edition during APERTURA Madrid Gallery Weekend, from September 14 to 17, 2023.

10 art galleries and more than 100 artists will gather at the Ilunion Pío XII Convention Center to coincide with the great event that opens the Madrid Art Galleries 2023 exhibition season.

 

For a week Madrid becomes the world capital of art.  Numerous art galleries and museums in Madrid open their exhibitions simultaneously with long hours.  A new opportunity to discover that at Artist360 art is available to everyone.

Concert “Sorolla: a musical imaginary. “Musical references of the generation of Velázquez Bosco”

This recital offers a selection of Spanish piano repertoire that illustrates the spirit and content of Sorolla's universe, drawing an interdisciplinary parallel. The project “Sorolla: A musical imaginary” has already been heard in venues such as The National Gallery (London), Meadows Museum (Dallas), San Diego Museum of Art or the Sorolla Museum (Madrid) among others, on the occasion of major exhibitions of the Valencian painter

The musical program includes great Spanish composers of Sorolla's contemporaries (1863-1923) and of the subsequent generation: Isaac Albéniz, Enrique Granados, Manuel de Falla, Joaquín Turina and Joaquín Rodrigo.However, the connection between music and painting is not only chronological, since the selection of pieces is directly related to the main themes that underpin the painter's work.
